Cookies

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit it. Similar techniques, such as local storage, work the same way. This statement explains which cookies the iQue.live website uses and why.

What this website stores

The website places no cookies. It stores nothing on your device until you open the chat or start on a form.

The chat runs on Help Scout. Once you open it, Help Scout keeps the conversation in your browser’s local storage, so it stays with you from page to page.

The forms are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which makes sure a person sends them. Once you start on a form, Turnstile keeps a small value in your browser’s local storage for that check.

Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

Cookies from other services

The links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp open those services, which place their own cookies under their own cookie policies. The website itself embeds nothing from them.

Blocking and deleting cookies

You can delete what the chat and the form check have stored at any time, by clearing this website’s data in your browser’s settings. How that works differs per browser. If you block local storage, the chat may not work.
